Standard-of-care review
Charles J. Harvey, DO, reviews orthopedic and spine malpractice matters and gives a written opinion on whether the care met the standard. Plaintiff and defense attorneys retain him. He takes the matter once the jurisdiction's expert qualification rules have been reviewed.
Send the jurisdiction, the court and the deadline with your inquiry, so the qualification rules can be reviewed first. No records are needed at that stage. Engagement begins after a conflict check and a signed engagement letter. Testimony on a review is covered on the deposition and trial testimony page.
