Dr. Harvey assigns permanent impairment ratings under the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, in spine and hip cases. Attorneys and claims professionals request a rating when a claim or dispute turns on the degree of permanent impairment.
A rating follows an examination. The report states the rating, the findings behind it and the edition of the Guides applied.
Examinations for ratings are performed in Pennsylvania. Licensed in Pennsylvania. Examinations are performed only in states where Dr. Harvey is licensed.
Opinions are based on the records, examination and medical literature. Fees are for time and never depend on the outcome. Available to plaintiff and defense.
